Delete your CareSync account

You can delete your CareSync account and all of its data at any time.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open CareSync and sign in.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app, email techsupport@cityoftreestech.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "CareSync account deletion". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account login, plus every text message, call log record, contact rule, device and client record synced to CareSync's servers. This is permanent and can't be undone. We do not keep any of this data after deletion. Files you already exported and shared elsewhere are not affected.
